Description

The short-stalked or nearly sessile flowers of Wiborgiella leipoldtiana grow in short, stem-tip racemes. There are narrow bracts below the calyx that is light or dark green and hairy, its lobes pointed.

The fruit pods starting to appear as the corollas fade, become inflated and are not winged as Wiborgia pods. Initially green, the young pods are hairy (Bond and Goldblatt, 1984; iNaturalist).
