The sweetly scented flowerheads of Euryops tysonii grow singly on stalks of 4 cm from leaf axils near stem-tips, forming crowded terminal clusters.
A few short, yellow ray florets spread around the densely flowered central disc, also yellow. The flowerhead is about 1 cm in diameter.
Flowering happens from spring to autumn. This plant was photographed in Kirstenbosch during November (Manning, 2009; Pooley, 1998; iNaturalist).
