Description
The lowveld chestnut has very long leaf stalks, up to 18 cm in length, and up to nine lanceolate leaflets arranged palmately from the centre where the stalk connects. The odd-looking spiny green fruits are conspicuous in autumn. See also the plant record on this plant.
