Description
The red-milkwood is a medium size tree with dense dark green leaves that are obovate or elliptic in shape.  It has scented white flowers, positioned singly or in small groups on long stalks in leaf axils. The edible fruit is orange, ovoid, pointed, usually containing only one seed and appears during summer (Coates Palgrave).
