The leaves around this Adenium swazicum flower appear quite long. The folding along the leaf midrib is well displayed on the plant. Some of the leaf tips are not pointed here, but rounded. So are the petal tips, broad and attenuating to tiny points. The flower in picture is darker in the throat, some dark purplish lines from inside the tube stop abruptly just outside the corolla mouth (Smith and Crouch, 2009; Onderstall, 1984).
