Image information

Description

When new growth predominates on a Rafnia schlechteriana bush, the young foliage colouring is yellowish, though not as brightly as the flowers, soon to appear. This contrasts against the blue-green of older leaves, replaced at the top by the seasonal profusion of yellow (Manning, 2007; iNaturalist).
