Image information

Description

Coleonema pulchellum blooming may be a prolific performance, covering upper branch parts well in spite of the small size of individual flowers. Grown from a single stem the erect, rounded bush produces numerous, thin, upper branches with tips covered in narrow, aromatic leaves and seasonally in flowers.

Pollinators include hover flies or syrphid flies, also known as flower flies (Moriarty, 1997; iNaturalist; https://eol.org).
