Image information

Description

The buds of the kanferblaar, Pelargonium betulinum, are whitish with soft woolly hairs. Faint longitudinal veins can be discerned on the pale pink petal surfaces here.

Only two of the stamens in the open flower in picture are fertile. The white filaments of a few more can be seen near the base of the darker coloured style.

Red serrated leaf margins are visible.
