Yellow calla (arum) lilies grow in Mpumalanga in Sekhukuniland. There is even an arum lily festival in Roossenekal in their flowering season around November. They normally have dark green leaves without spots. Z. elliottiana, jucunda and albomaculata do have such spots. Hybridization and specifically developed cultivars abound as the genus has provided garden plants, now distributed world wide, since the 17th century.
