Description

High density living is thrust upon you when the seed you grew from had fallen close to another seed or plant. A crevice filled with a little sand and no shade or protection under the Karoo sun near Beaufort West is also an address. The social system requires peaceful cohabitation with the given neighbours where you have no choice.

In these conditions a singing Haworthia might come up with: For twenty five years I’ve been living next door to a Crassula!
