Description

The narrow, dissected, lower leaves of Paranomus reflexus have less blade to them than the upper ones; quite needle-like as in the photo.

Dense on young green stems, the older, woodier stems in the lower parts tend to lose their leaves gradually (Matthews and Carter, 1993; Eliovson, 1983).
