The grey-green, faintly woolly leaves of Eriocephalus capitellatus tend to be fascicled at stem-tips. They usually divide into several fleshy linear lobes. The ericoid leaves or their lobes become 7 mm long and 0,5 mm wide. In the photo young stem-tip leaves are greener and less hairy than the old ones (Vlok and Schutte-Vlok, 2010; Bond and Goldblatt, 1984; iSpot).
