Image information

Description

Most of these Anginon fruits (the species thought to be Anginon difforme), have already dropped off. The structure of the inflorescence that had borne them is doubly compound, little umbels on the stalk tips of a big umbel.

One of the factors bringing doubt as to which species this plant belongs to, is the leaf tip in picture that is grooved; A. difforme leaves are supposed to be without grooves. The fruits here appear to be obovoid, as those of A. difforme would be (Coates Palgrave, 2002; iSpot).
