Description

Delosperma leendertziae is a creeping vygie of the Magaliesberg and slightly further afield, like the Suikerbosrand.

The golden yellow flowers have white sections on the lower petal parts. Vigorous flowering and promising seed setting are evident on the plant in picture.

These plants thrive among rock, doing its thing here apart from other plant company, although sometimes living with grassy companions (Smith, et al, 1998; Van Wyk and Malan, 1997; iNaturalist).
